Reservations / Ticket Guarantee Policy Blueberry only offers guaranteed reservations with your ticket order through SmartTix. You may make an unconfirmed reservation through our box office phone number only (914-923-3530). Your unconfirmed reservation will be placed on a list at the box office and honored after all other pre-purchased tickets are honored. Your unconfirmed reservation will be honored before walk up purchases if you are present 30 minutes before curtain. If you call the box office please leave your name, phone number, requested date/time of performance and number of tickets you want to have for an unconfirmed reservation. Inclement Weather: In the event that the US Weather Service issues a Weather Advisory for Ossining or there is more then one inch of snow on the roadways in Ossining, Blueberry may cancel the effected performance(s) and instruct SmartTix to issues refunds to all customers with reservations for that performance. AEA Members: Members of Actor’s Equity Association, the Director’s Guild and the Dramatist Guild of America are eligible for one free ticket subject to availability at the box office at the day and time of performance. These tickets are the last to be honored for any performance. Free Town of Ossining Tickets: 20 free tickets are reserved for each main stage performance for residents of the Town of Ossining (limit two tickets per household) on first come, first serve basis. If you are selected for these tickets you will receive a certificate in the US Mail that includes instructions for ordering.
